Heavy Seas & Celebrations Special Event

Looking to spice up your Wednesday somewhere new and exciting? Celebrations on Market is hosting an event this Wednesday March 23rd and it’s set to be an amazing time.

Heavy Seas beer will be flowing as owner Chef Marc Antony and fellow Chef Gary “Semage” James prepare a food experience carefully selected for your night. There will be multiple food “stations” to check out freely while you’re enjoying great music and socializing:

  • Wild Boar + White Bean Chili
  • Duck Confit & Gruyere Sliders
  • Pheasant & Wild Mushroom Taco’s
  • Seared Salmon w/ Sunny Side Up Quail Egg

Each item has a recommended beer pairing from Heavy Seas Brewery. Heavy Seas representative Victor Mattia will be present to elaborate on the Heavy Seas brand and expand on what differentiates them from the next craft brewer. Try one or try them all, twice! :

  • Deep Six – English Porter
  • Loose Cannon – Hops IPA
  • Peg Leg -Imperial Stout
  • Powder Monkey – English Pale Ale

This event is $25 per person and will run from 6-8PM

Celebrations on Market is no longer just a place to host parties or events; Wednesday to Friday they’re serving dinner and beforehand, doing a unique progressive happy hour ($3 drinks at 3pm, $4 drinks at 4pm, etc). We’ve also been told that lunch could be making a debut in the near future. This event could be a great way to check out a reinvented establishment in the city. Bring a few co-workers and support a local business!
